-Timeframe: The guarantee is valid for 3 days starting from the date of courier (signature).
-Coverage: This policy covers plants that are found to be dead or in extremely poor condition (e.g., severe damage, extreme dehydration/wilting that affects survival) upon receipt.
How to Apply
If your plant meets the above criteria, please follow these steps within the 3-day window to ensure a quick resolution:
1. Gather Evidence: Please take clear photos or a video of the unboxing, along with detailed images showing that the plant is dead or in poor condition.
